Kayaking has always been on my bucket list of adventurous things to do in Lagos. I am a lover of adventure, sightseeing, hiking etc. I have had the opportunity to do the kayak in different destinations in Lagos. Immediately after the lockdown was eased and the Kampari Tours Kayak offer came. I jumped straight at it.
It was a smooth ride to Lekki Waterside, the location of Kampari Tours. It is located at a private jetty with a beautiful garden overseeing the Lagos Lagoon. The private jetty is located at Lekki phase 1 off Admiralty way, Lekki, Lagos.
Just in case you are wondering, what kayak is all about. Kayaking is a form of water sports that involve paddling a kayak across a water body. A kayak is a small boat that you can paddle across a lake, river etc It can either take one or two people.
I have had the opportunity of kayaking in different parts of Lagos such as La champagne Tropicana and also from Ikoyi to Lekki on a 3-hour kayak expenditure.
