Apapa Amusement Park is one of the oldest tourist destinations in Lagos, Nigeria. It is a family recreational park located in the heart of Lagos. Apapa Park can easily be mistaken for a place in Dubai or some Arabian country. The architecture, the ambience, the aesthetics are beautiful and there a number of games to play. The partnership was between the Lagos State Government and a Company Called Crystal Cubes Construction Company. This partnership led to the upgraded Apapa Amusement park in Lagos to bring back its lost glory of the number one family entertainment, relaxation and recreational centre. History of the Apapa Amusement park The Apapa Amusement park commenced operation in 1976 under the Lagos Lunar Park which was jointly owned by Lagos Island Council, Lagos mainland council and the Improjex, a company based in Switzerland who was responsible for managing and maintaining the park.
